1.1 Service Cancellation by Customers

  • Customers can cancel their services at any time through their account dashboard or by submitting a cancellation request via our support ticket system.
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.
  • Once a service is canceled, access to the service will be terminated at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Service Cancellation by Sysop Solutions

  • Sysop Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment, violation of our Terms of Service, or illegal activities.
  • If we terminate a service due to policy violations, refunds will not be issued.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within this period.
  • Money-back guarantees do not apply to domain registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, or customized IT services.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible cancellations made within the refund period.
  • Customers who violate our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds will not be granted for services already rendered, including one-time setup fees, migrations, or consulting services.

2.3 Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted via our support ticket system with the order details and reason for the request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the initial transaction. Processing time may vary depending.

2.4 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers.
  • SSL certificates.
  • Setup fees and administrative costs.
  • Custom IT consulting and development services.

3. Compliance with Indian Laws

  • This Refund Policy adheres to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Information Technology Act, 2000, ensuring transparency and fairness in transactions.
  • Customers are entitled to a refund if services are not delivered as promised or in case of deficiency in service, in accordance with Indian consumer laws.
  • Disputes related to refunds will be governed by Indian jurisdiction, and any grievances can be raised with consumer forums or appropriate legal authorities.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact our billing team via our support ticket system before initiating a chargeback.
  • Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in account suspension.
